7-Day Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll make it right within 7 days of delivery — with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

- Share your order number and photos of the product
- Add a brief description of the issue
- We verify and arrange your replacement or refund within 2 business days — at no cost to you
Why we don't accept general returns
Because chilli powder is a food product, we can't accept returns on packs that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition. This is standard practice for food safety and hygiene, and it's how we guarantee that every pack our customers receive is untouched and pure.

Refunds
