Returns

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered and opened, it cannot be returned. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the product
A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food products
Chilli powder packs once opened
Products that have been used or tampered with

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
